1. Offer and Eligibility
A company with an active, settled BuilderMaxPro Entry, Starter, Pro, or Enterprise base subscription may request one Forza Veloce Starter Website benefit. A trial, grace period, paid add-on, plan label, or administrator role does not independently prove eligibility. Support manually verifies paid standing, requester authority, and prior company use.
2. Credit and Included Scope
The ordinary Forza Veloce Starter Website price is $99. For an accepted claim, a one-time $99 benefit credit makes the accepted base-build package $0.00 due from the customer. The benefit has no cash value, is non-transferable and non-stackable, and is limited to one per company.
The Starter scope in effect and preserved when Forza accepts the claim is included, along with private staging during the build. Public hosting, domain registration, care, extra pages, SEO, custom design, licenses and other third-party costs, upgrades, and hands-on deployment are separate unless an accepted order expressly includes them.
3. Verification and Acceptance
Sending a Support request does not reserve or redeem the benefit. Before work begins, an authorized representative must accept these Terms, the data disclosure, and the applicable Forza scope or statement of work. The accepted versions are recorded. BuilderMaxPro or Forza may decline duplicate, ineligible, fraudulent, unsafe, or unfulfillable requests. A request declined or cancelled before substantive work begins does not consume the benefit while the company remains eligible.
4. Affiliation and Data
BuilderMaxPro and Forza Veloce are affiliated businesses under common ownership. Forza Veloce—not BuilderMaxPro—is the contracting website provider and separately bills any optional service. After the request and consent, BuilderMaxPro may share with Forza the company name and identifier, authorized contact name and email, claim identifier and status, verification timestamp, and accepted terms/scope versions. The data is used for verification, fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and accounting, not unrelated marketing.
5. Hosting, Domain, and Recurring Billing
Hosting is not preselected, and no card is required to request the base build. Before public launch, the customer chooses a compatible provider or, if available for this program, Forza Managed Hosting. Any recurring service requires a separate affirmative authorization showing price, applicable tax, cadence, start date, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms. The customer must be the registrant of record and control the domain registrar account.
BuilderMaxPro does not transfer or reuse its stored payment credentials for Forza. Any Forza charge requires a new, separate authorization.
6. Cancellation and Changes
Losing or canceling settled BMP paid standing before acceptance ends a pending claim. Once Forza accepts the claim, later BMP cancellation does not cancel the accepted build or any separately authorized Forza service. Program changes apply prospectively; an accepted scope and credit remain governed by the accepted record unless applicable law requires otherwise.
