BuilderMaxPro was born out of frustration. Watching good contractors lose money — not because they did bad work, but because the business side of construction is designed to work against them.
Here's the reality: subcontractors are the backbone of every construction project. They do the actual work — the framing, the plumbing, the electrical, the finishes. And they're consistently the last to get paid.
Texas lien laws can provide important remedies. But those laws come with strict deadlines, notice requirements, and filing windows that are difficult to track across multiple active projects. A missed deadline can limit the options available, which is why the dates need to stay visible.
We built BuilderMaxPro to help organize that work. It is not a legal platform or a substitute for an attorney. It is project management software that keeps the covered Texas notice, lien, and retainage dates visible from the project facts you enter.
